John Lab at Constructor University Open Campus
On 19 September 2026, the John Lab participated in Constructor University’s Open Campus Day. In a public lecture titled “Alzheimer’s: When Proteins Fold the Wrong Way,” Torsten John explained the molecular processes behind protein misfolding and amyloid formation in Alzheimer’s disease and how these are investigated in the laboratory. The lab also joined in offering interactive chemistry experiments for children and families as part of the Science for Kids program.
